Yes, but we don't have parts for everything on the market. Please send an image of your cooker or blender with information about the problem, so we can assist you better.

How long do repairs usually take?

Most repairs are done while you wait. Rewinding blenders generally takes approximately 3 weeks.

Do you sell replacement parts separately?

Yes, we do. Walk in or WhatsApp us with details about what you need.

Do you service commercial restaurant equipment?

If it's a blender or pressure cooker, we do — but we don't have parts for all available brands on the market. Please send an image with information about the problem, so we can assist you better.

How much does a typical repair cost?

Most repairs are under $3,000 JMD, but it depends on the problem. Send us a WhatsApp with a photo and we'll give you an estimate.

Can I get a quote before visiting?

Do you service all brands?

We sell and repair Presto, JTC OmniBlend, Oster, Hamilton Beach, NutriBullet, and Magic Bullet. We also repair Ninja and most other brands, though we may not stock parts for every model. Send us a WhatsApp with a photo and we'll let you know.

What's the warranty on repairs?

All repairs come with a satisfaction guarantee. If the same issue recurs within a reasonable period, bring it back and we'll make it right. Specific warranty terms depend on the type of repair.

Can you repair vintage or antique cookers?

Yes, we have over 30 years of experience working on older and discontinued models. Send us a photo via WhatsApp and we'll assess whether we can source or fabricate the parts needed.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Currently we operate from our Orange Street location in downtown Kingston. Customers bring items in for repair and most are done while you wait. For large commercial units, contact us via WhatsApp to discuss arrangements.
